“Have you ever wanted to be in better shape, but after several attempts you were still in the same place? Sometimes we all need a little help to get us to the next level. I found my help from the great team at Body Sculptor Inc. It all began with a consultation with Dolvett. We went over where I had been and where I wanted to go physically. I told him I wanted to get in better shape and lose around 25lbs. With Dolvett and his elite team of trainers I began what seemed to be the hardest workout in my life, but I stuck with it until the end. I felt sick to my stomach and sore the next day, but came back for some more. I vowed to not give up and see through my initial twelve-visit package. Gradually, my body got use to the workouts and I started to see results. After one month I had lost 15lbs and a few inches in my waistline. I was eating better and felt stronger. The interaction with the team helped get me through the workouts. I signed up for another 12 visits and told the team they had only 30 additional days to get me to my goal weight of 195lbs. They went into full gear, monitored my eating, gave me workout homework when I was not in the gym, and constantly encouraged me. My friends and co-workers began noticing my quick drop in weight, my pants were baggy and even my shoes seemed too large for my feet. I was able to get through the workouts easier and even looked forward to see how hard they could push me. After another month I had hit my goal weight!!! I lost a total of 25lbs and also dropped my body fat percentage in the process. I felt fantastic and looked great!
